		<description>That&#039;s a very good question. Unfortunately, I don&#039;t know the answer. I assume (which I hate to do) that the L.O. is either on salary (unlikely) or getting paid on the back end, either by bumping the interest rate or through an arrangement with the lender. From the consumer&#039;s standpoint it&#039;s difficult to say how the L.O. is being paid. Of course, there&#039;s nothing wrong with just asking, tactfully of course.</description>
