Back when I was in college I had a friend by the name of Lloyd. Lloyd had a website (which was unusual back then since the Internet was measured in thousands of websites) with a page called ‘Hell in a hand basket’ where he posted what he felt was wrong with the world as he saw it. I’ve been thinking about this for a couple weeks now and finally decided to go ahead and build my own such page. This will be a work in progress as I think of new things to complain about. Feel free to add your own comments as well.

Once again I’ve grown tired of the look of my blog and had to revamp it. Unfortunately it took me almost a week this time around. At one point I thought I was finished but I had forgotten to check the site in IE. When I did, I discovered that my div’s were overlapping making my site look like garbage.

For quite some time now my wife has talked about getting a tattoo and is encouraging me to get one as well. Unfortunately I’m much more picky than she about what I’m going to have permanently etched onto my body. I want something that means something to me. Then, tonight at church, my Pastor said something and I remembered thinking about this.

It seems pretty obvious that everyone is ready for some changes. The only people I know who are happy with the IRS and current tax laws are those who make very little and end up getting a several thousand refund (usually EIC). JPL over at AllThingsFinancial has been talking about Forbes flat tax plan. Much of Forbes ideas are good, but I still like the federal sales tax idea.

Well, just finished converting my wife’s blog over to a new template. She’s been talking about changing it for a couple weeks now. She couldn’t find a predesigned template she liked so she found one that she liked somewhat and we changed it up to where she loved it. Only took about two hours of image editing and coding.

In relation to my previous post about having a baby, we found out today that we may not be expecting. You can read more about that on my wife’s blog (and see the new design too, while your there).
